Inspire Resourcing was established in 2008 by Kirsty Gascoigne and Suzanne Lucas with the simple aim of providing a great service to their clients and candidates by taking away the customary KPI-driven approach and replacing it with a flexible service that suits the client.
The relationships we build are crucial to our business as are the results we need to provide to our clients. With our honest approach, we soon built a reputation for advising clients on the type of person likely to suit their organisation and why some roles seemed to have a constant staff turn-over.
