Office Manager

Inspire Resourcing are thrilled to be recruiting an office manager for a successful finance business based in Nottinghamshire.

This is excellent opportunity for those with strong administration and leadership skills from a finance background.

Duties to include:

  • Overseeing the general day to day operations of the support team
  • Being responsible for HR including recruitment with guidance from a third party HR business
  • Collating management reports
  • Ensuring compliance across the office
  • Initiating and participating in operational, compliance and administrative support meetings
  • Introducing and updating regulatory requirements
  • Managing key projects
  • Leading and coaching members of the support team
To apply for this role you need:

  • Previous experience as an office manager or supervisor within a financial services setting
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and lead from the front


£30- £36k depending on experience
