Financial Services Administrator

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a fantastic position for a financial services administrator based in the Nottingham area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience within financial services, to join a supportive, friendly team.

Duties include:
  • Proactively providing research, client valuations, and processing new business
  • Providing advanced business support for two Financial Planners
  • Maintaining compliance to company policies and FCA regulations
  • Reporting to the management team as required
  • Compiling basic suitability
  • Preparing agendas and paperwork for client review meetings
  • Acting as liaison for clients and providers
  • Maintaining and updating accurate client information

To apply for the role you will:

  • Have previous administration within financial services/financial advisory businesses
  • Be organised and able to work on your own initiative
  • Be numerate to a good standard, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and empathise
  • Be able to prioritise and manage your own workload
  • Be able to interpret data and produce recommendations
  • Have experience of report writing
  • IT Literate

£22,000 – £26,000 dependent on experience

Annual discretionary bonus scheme (payable after 2 years)

25 days holidays + stats

35 hours per week with early finish on Friday
