Main duties:

To write and schedule social media across all channels Writing and uploading blog posts with involvement from the Marketing Co-Ordinator Make amendments to the Marsden website – including uploading images, improving content, adding attachments, etc. Write the content, create and send email campaigns to our customer base Create marketing collateral using the Adobe package including catalogues, products brochures, etc. Edit and retouch images when required using Photoshop Customer outreach – for testimonials, reviews, etc. SEO basics – including updating blog posts in, improving web content, link building and general off page SEO. PPC management To carry out our general reporting – knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel required Occasionally, other marketing tasks as required by the business and our sales staff

To apply you will ideally:

Degree in Marketing, business or related field desirable / QBE Strong skills in Microsoft package Highly competent with Adobe package (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator primarily) Ability to work within a team Strong communication and organisational skills Interest in video editing or photography beneficial Foreign languages beneficial

This excellent opportunity would suit an experienced Internal Sales Representative, looking to join a friendly, motivated team.

Main Duties:

  • Grow sales profitably with existing accounts
  • Actively develop new business in line with location and company objectives
  • Full accountability for the profitability, product mix, account penetration and growth of own customer portfolio
  • Proactively attain customer and market knowledge to ensure commercial expertise is up to date and utilised consistently and effectively to gain a competitive edge
  • Ensure professional standards (building and maintaining excellent relationships (customers and colleagues), going the extra mile etc.) reflecting the company culture are continually met / exceeded in all key areas
  • Maximise profit potential with each customer; margin increase, cross sell, increase relevant product mix, minimise profit leaks, potential / actual projects etc
  • Demonstrate core company sales behaviours daily
  • Build effective working relationships with all key players within the customer organisation – estimators, project managers, sales etc within the customer organisation
  • Develop, implement and achieve growth strategy for target customers
  • Effectively use all systems (CRM and SAGE) and processes, relevant internal support to provide an efficient and timely sales service to all customers
  • Timely and accurate quotes / follow ups / responses to customers and leads to o/s 
  • Meet activity / results target consistently
  • Proactively utilise all resources (vendor, web, catalogues, internal colleagues etc) to build own knowledge and demonstrate effectiveness of development by offering relevant solution to customer and achieve growth targets
  • Build effective working relationship with all departments – credit control, purchasing, marketing

Requirements:

  • At least three years Inside Sales experience
  • SAGE, CRM, and P.C. systems – knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • This is a sales / customer led position you need to be flexible and be prepared to work outside your core hours to meet customer service level expectations.
