Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a permanent administrator to join this friendly team who look after customers, liaise with engineers and ensure the smooth running of that department.

  This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy talking to people are naturally organised.    

Duties to include:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers to resolve issues that they may have
  • Booking in engineers where required
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Invoicing functions
  • Liaising with businesses and members of the public
  • General admin duties

  • Have a high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Be flexible with working hours
