Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager for our Global Client based in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous account management experience, with excellent customer service skills.

The role is initially a 12 month contract with potential to become permanent. 

Main duties:

  • Customer Account Management
  • Administration support, including accurately entering information to spreadsheets and in house systems
  • Building on existing relationships ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements are understood
  • Developing new relationships ensure a comprehensive understanding of their requirements are understood
  • Working to all budgets and targets agreed by the Sales Manager
  • Processing orders
  • Chasing Payments
  • Communication with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaising with our purchasing and operations teams to ensure support and efficiency

Export Customer Service Administrator

Export Customer Service Administrator

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Export Customer Service Administrator on a FTC, with a view to going permanent. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Export administrator or a Customer Service Administrator, who are looking to join a well established business.

Main Duties:

  • Answers phones in professional, courteous manner and supplies customers with general information concerning company products, availability of requested product, pricing, expected ship date and product shipment tracking.
  • Efficiently input customer orders into the company order entry system and advise customer immediately if product cannot be shipped as requested due to unavailability of product, credit hold, etc. 
  • Perform detailed contract review of purchase orders.
  • Handling of quotation requests in a timely manner.  
  • First point of contact for customer complaints/issues.  
  • Support and lead corrective & preventative actions.  
  • Participate on telemarketing campaigns if required to do so and help identify customers critical to quality requirements.
  • Participates in the continuous improvement process by identifying repetitive problems to the Lead CSR and recommending solutions.
  • Comply with import / export regulations as required.
  • Negotiate with freight forward companies for collection and exportation of shipments in a consistent and timely period.  
  • Perform clerical duties (e.g. product certifications, update of data base, maintenance of records, word processing of forms and letters, filing, mail distribution, switchboard, etc.)
  • Interaction with finance reporting / procedures relating to CSR role requirements.  
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Have Knowledge and understating of export compliance requirements.
  • Have a strong administration background

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Junior Buyer for our well established client based in Chesterfield. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an administration background or some buying experience, looking to build a career in Procurement. 

Junior Buyer Duties:

  • Management of inbound PO’s to plan, determined by the Planning and Procurement teams
  • Purchase Order book management, expediting and de-expediting as required
  • PO Exception management, including selected RDR’s
  • Management of PO Amendment and Cancellation Requests, from Sales or Inventory Mgmt.
  • Vendor performance management, including scorecards and sharing results / agreeing actions
  • Planning of receipts, working with Operations, to optimise material flow into our warehouses
  • Handling Freight issues with specialist suppliers and purchase orders
  • Liaison across teams and departments, within and outside Inventory Management
  • Non-placement of P.O. analysis, reporting back through Procurement and Planning for action
  • Drive automation and simplification within our processes in line with the company philosophy through CI and co-operative work stream planning
To apply you will ideally: 

  • Strong academic grades in English, Maths and Science
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have a good understanding of MS Office
  • Prior experience working within a procurement role is advantageous 

Salary Negotiable DOE.

IT Technician

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting an IT Technician to join this well established manufacturing company.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with IT support experience to support the business with general issues, user errors and the continuous improvement of their IT systems.

Duties to include:

  • To be the first port of call for IT issues
  • To investigate any issues and implement fixes to ensure the service is restored as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • To install, configure and update IT equipment
  • To manage security and firewalls
  • Creating new users
  • Administrator account access
  • To support external staff with laptops, mobile phone and printers
  • Ensure communications are maintained
  • Provide reports as requested
