Inspire Resourcing are working closely with our client in Chesterfield who are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an induvial with excellent analytical skills, who has a background in liaising with suppliers.

Main duties:

  • Conduct research to identify the best available products and potential vendors
  • Select vendors that meet technical, quality and commercial requirements, ensuring selection conforms to the company’s purchasing strategy
  • Invite prospective vendors to bid, ensuring that all customer requirements are effectively communicated
  • Analyse vendor offers to ensure their viability and to identify any potential risks
  • Liaise with vendors to maintain strong relationships to ensure that they are providing the best possible levels of support
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date vendor database for Commercial projects
  • Drive automation and simplification within our processes
  • Accept direct responsibility for the completion of projects in line with agreed priorities and deadlines

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous MIG Welding experience or a relevant qualification in the field.

Main Duties:

  • General MIG production welding in mild steel.
  • Setting out work and tacking up.
  • Preparing parts for fabrication.
  • Cutting and drilling steel.
  • Liaise with the Design Department on individual specifications.
  • Check finished work against specification.
  • Work alongside the production team to ensure delivery is on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with some administration and customer service experience who wants to work in a varied Administration and Customer service Assistant role.

Duties to include:

  • To plan and carry out general administration and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Compton
  • Spares/Planet Garages products to the current and potential client base, in accordance with agreed business plans.
  • Act as onsite Administration and Customer Service assistant ensuring an effective service to clients at all times
  • Act as first line contact for telephone, email, internet interactions with clients. Deal with customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner at all times; escalate any serious issues to your line manager
  • Take orders for new garages and revamps, communicate effectively to team and report on database.
  • Liaise with and support builders and fitters for revamp work, maintain schedules and communicate schedules.
  • Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
  • Work within team effectively.
  • Develop ideas and create better ways of working.
  • Respond to and deal with enquiries by post, telephone, email, and offer quotations.

Marketing Communications / Events Assistant

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Marketing Communications / Events Assistant on behalf of our well established client based in Chesterfield. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual available immediately, the role will start as temporary but there may be on opportunity for it to become permanent for the right candidate. 

Main duties:

  • Administer the company event programme
  • Research potential exhibitions/conferences/webinars for attendance.
  • Manage event bookings and plans based on the agreed schedule and focuses (product/application/new product launch).
  • Select and order all equipment/materials required (demonstration, stand construction, electrics/lighting, graphics, furniture, AV equipment, literature, promo items). 
  •  Arrange shipment and return of all items to venues for set-up/break-down and coordinate event manning and passes.
  • Promote attendances through event listings/catalogues, social, press, email communications, sponsorship, sales team/sales partners, advertising. 
  • Organise event lead acquisition, capture and reporting, plus post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate speaking opportunity paper submissions, acceptances/rejections, other submission requirements (presentations/paper/biography), social media and press promotion.
  • Organise and promote participation in 3rd party external webinars and dedicated business events (sales conferences/awards). 
  • Work closely with the marketing communications team to request support for creating graphics, social posts, emailers, press release activities linked to events.
