Kitchen Gardener

  Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Kitchen Gardener for our well established client based in the Bakewell area.

  This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous Kitchen Gardener experience, looking to join an extremely well established business.

  Main Duties:

  • To help with the development and maintenance of the gardens on site
  • Maintain herbaceous borders, woodland  planting,  an arboretum,  topiary and hedging, lawns, ornamental and fruit trees, shrubs, roses, and more.
  • You will be working closely with the Head Gardener to ensure the gardens are maintained to a high standard.
  • Occasionally working alone, with the ability to work with autonomy

To apply you will ideally:

  • Have previous experience as a Kitchen Gardener
  • Have a qualification in Horticulture (Desirable)
  • Be a team player
  • Hold a full UK Driving License

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive for a fantastic business located in Derbyshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a degree educated Marketing Executive, looking to develop their skill set in a fantastic working environment.

Main duties:

  • Deliver all marketing for each business (social, media, brochures, email, collateral)
  • Support in arranging key events
  • Attending management meetings and supporting the management team in formulation/execution of processes/procedures
  • Maintaining and updating multiple websites to ensure accurate and current information is reflected on the site.
  • Retrieve and prepare data and statistics for the Directors and Marketing Manager for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Identify trends and deliver insight on customers and purchasing behaviour to improve the user experience and drive repeat purchase
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with other department members
  • Collect customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on, but not limited to platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Research and monitor activity of company competitors
  • Create and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
Requirements: 

  • A degree in digital marketing and/ or proven two years’ experience working within this sector
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp and WordPress.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of social media management, SEO best practices, PPC strategy, and best practices
  • A customer centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, with an analytic approach and strong commercial aptitude
  • Ability to work with initiative and willingness to be flexible in your approach to your work and duties
