Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Sales Manager with experience of selling machinery into the construction industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a varied role including demonstrating the machinery.

To support the companies consistent growth you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and selling the full range of equipment
  • Create solutions to customer issues
  • General new leads and sales opportunities using strategic sales methods
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Represent the business and range at exhibitions
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure a smooth sales order process
  • Working to targets

To apply for this role you need:

  • Previous experience of selling into the construction industry, advantage to those who have sold into groundworks and foundations
  • A desire to succeed
  • The ability to convey technical product information

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of building and developing a sales portfolio in an emerging territory. We need someone with excellent communication skills who can quickly build rapport with customers and drive sales.

Field Maintenance and Facilities Operative

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Facilities Management Company – field based Maintenance Operatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with skills in facilities who want to become an independent worker in the field or for those who already have experience of being facilities operator. You will be attending various sites assessing and instructed to carry out a variety of duties.

Duties to include:

  • Obtaining jobs via mobile
  • Attending sites such Modular buildings and offices
  • PAT Testing (training will be provided)
  • Lock lubrication
  • Visual inspections of Windows / doors and general upkeep of site
  • Basic cleaning works
  • Audit checking
  • Photographing sites
  • Reporting any issues
  • Reporting back via PDA
  • To apply for the role of Field Maintenance and Facilities Operative you will ideally:

    • Have worked in a cleaning or maintenance role
    • Have driving licence.
    • Good DIY Skills
    • Happy to work in various locations.
    • £22-£28K Per annum (depending on experience) + overtime + Van and equipment required to carry out the job.
