Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator for our client based in the Nottinghamshire area. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous experience in a similar role, looking to join a friendly and stable team.

Main duties:

  • First point of contact for customers within the office, answering the phone and monitoring the email inboxes.
  • Processing customer orders and performing all tasks surrounding these (Stock checks/liaising with planning/confirming additional details).
  • Assisting customers with enquiries/complaints, using product and process knowledge to progress to resolution.
  • To have a basic understanding of the products and their basic applications.
  • Computer proficiency should be to a level where all aspects of the role can be completed.
  • Being commercially aware of sales opportunities when in conversation to extract enough detail to present to a colleague in the sales team as a sales lead.
  • To be prepared to make decisions in order to assist customers in fulfilling their needs but keeping in mind the company policy on ‘Total Quality Management’, always using correct manual procedures or corrective actions.
  • They should look to answer all incoming phone calls within 3 rings of the phone.
  • To act with professionalism always and demonstrate the ability to work with minimum supervision and to deputise for the Sales Office Manager.
  • To always provide outstanding customer service
  • To assist with implementing new products within a customer’s buying portfolio.
  • To log all incoming project enquiries on our SDM system, ensuring all details are accurate and all parts of the process are completed.
  • Completing basic office Administration (Scanning, Shredding etc)
  • Being proactive in all aspects of the role, always trying to progress each task to resolution.
  • Other duties and projects as delegated by Sales Office Manager

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for our client based in Nottinghamshire, who are looking for somebody to join their Internal Technical Sales team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous Sales Experience, ideally selling technical products, with good administration skills.

Main Duties:

  • Follow up on technical quotations over the phone and offer technical advice and guidance
  • Converting live technical quotations into orders
  • Develop relationships with both new and existing clients ranging from M&E Contractors to architects and end clients to secure business
  • Manage projects through from start to completion using the CRM System ensuring excellent customer experience to secure repeat business
  • Provide feedback to the external sales representative to benchmark against competitors and assist in the future development of business
  • Work towards sales targets and attend sales meetings as required

To apply you will ideally:

  • Proven business development / sales experience
  • You will be technically minded with good commercial acumen
  • Ideally you will have experience in the construction / mechanical / electrical industry although full product training will be provided
  • You will be an ambitious and driven person with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
£18k – £20k DOE plus uncapped bonus.

Inspire Resourcing are thrilled to be recruiting an office manager for a successful finance business based in Nottinghamshire.

This is excellent opportunity for those with strong administration and leadership skills from a finance background.

Duties to include:

  • Overseeing the general day to day operations of the support team
  • Being responsible for HR including recruitment with guidance from a third party HR business
  • Collating management reports
  • Ensuring compliance across the office
  • Initiating and participating in operational, compliance and administrative support meetings
  • Introducing and updating regulatory requirements
  • Managing key projects
  • Leading and coaching members of the support team
