Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting an Areas Sales Manager for a well established client based in Sheffield. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous Business Development / Account Management experience, who is able to drive forward business growth. The role is predominantly office based, however where possible you will go out to client visits.

Main duties:

  • To achieve budgeted sales turnover and margins
  • Liaise with the customer at head office and site level to ensure the solutions are delivered and that the requirements of the customer are met
  • Identify potential customers, arrange introductions, identify customer requirements, develop and present solutions and negotiate contracts
  • Play an essential role in the future direction of the business through the development of its marketing, products and services
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and market reports
  • Flexibility in the role would be required in order to ensure the success of the business

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive for our client based in Sheffield. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive looking to join a fantastic employer. 

  • Pitch and presentation support – ensuring documents are of high quality in terms of proof reading, visual look and consistent branding
  • Develop, update and amend appropriate artwork templates as required to facilitate expedient delivery
  • Create marketing content, in conjunction with external marketing support 
  • Social media and website management including ensuring relevant content is shared on social media channels and our website (WordPress) – using external support as appropriate
  • Create and update marketing collateral (brochures, email campaigns)
  • Rapidly deploy e-shot marketing campaigns via the CRM system, to allow content produced by the marketing and wider team to be successfully shared
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Support delivery of online events /webinars – creating invites, coordinating guest list and invites, practical set up, researching and booking of external speakers
  • Deliver tactical marketing campaigns 
  • Reporting and analysis of tactical marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with our external PR team to deliver a continual stream of external campaigns
  • Communications – managing internal communications of business initiatives, business updates

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work for this highly reputable manufacturing company based in South Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Business Development experience who is interested in working for a company that supply a valued product and work very closely together.  We are looking for a self-starter that can look at business performances and build client relationships.

Duties to include

Proactively identifying and contacting new business prospects

    Software Trainer

    Software Trainer

    Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Software Trainer for our client based in Derbyshire.  

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an individual with previous experience in a similar role. Main duties:

    • To learn and understand the standard company software with the objective of being able to present and deliver all of the module training courses to clients at Head Office, remotely and on site at customer’s premises. 
    • Writing up notes on the training delivered and reporting back to management
    • Holding class room style training sessions
    • Holding remote training sessions
    • To offer excellent customer service to all customers
    • Presenting to customers, taking questions and offering any technical advice required
    • To liaise with the training and development team, as well as other internal stakeholders

    To apply you will ideally:

    • Have previous experience working in a Software Trainer role
    • Have an interest in IT / Software
