HR Administrator

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for this highly reputable market leading UK manufacturer who are located in Renishaw.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody wishing to gain more experience within a HR administrator role or for somebody who has previous HR administration experience

Duties to include:

  • Providing HR administrative support to workers within the company
  • Creating and issuing employee contracts to potential employees and contract changes to existing employees
  • Updating and managing the HR database to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Planning and organising comprehensive induction programmes
  • Acting as a point of contact for all HR administrative queries
  • Liaising with the Payroll team
  • Providing monthly HR reports, as required
  • Managing the leavers process and associated administrative tasks
  • To apply for the role of HR Administrator, you will ideally:

  • Have previous HR admin experience or qualifications

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Telesales Team Leader. Our induction programme will quickly get you up to speed with what you need to succeed in this role. You need previous management experience in a contact centre to manage the day to day operation of the outbound team by leading, developing, coaching and motivating them to embrace the company values and achieve all agreed targets and service levels.

Telesales Team Leader duties will include:

  • You and your team will be contacting our personal customers to give knowledge and advice on our products.
  • You’ll be helping to maintain our position as the UKs leading supplier.
  • You and your team members will be able to identify any new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers including price negotiations.

Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our market leading client in Sheffield.

Reporting to the Team Leader, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Contact Centre on a full time, temporary basis. There is a requirement for the successful candidate to have a flexible approach to working hours to meet the seasonal demands of our customer base. It is anticipated there will be a requirement to work every other Saturday morning.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls from customers regarding ordering of products.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound calls, to either up-sell (increase volume of the order) or cross-sell (sell other related products).
  • Deliver quality service whilst maintaining performance against expected targets.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers to promote offers and gain sales in line with promotional offers and campaigns where required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proactive, assertive and persistent attitude with drive and commitment to achieve results.
  • An ability to work under pressure to challenging targets and timescales
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing to internal and external customers.
  • Good computer literacy skills, demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • The ability to work at pace to demanding timescales, whilst ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • The ability to work well within a team environment, and work effectively on own initiative.
  • A professional approach with the integrity to represent the company and protect the brand image.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to be able to manage difficult calls and deal with customer complaints effectively.
  • Proven experience within a customer service environment.

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a maintenance fitter to work for our well-known engineering client based in South Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous maintenance and service experience with a mechanical bias.

Duties to include:

  • Maintaining a variety of machines
  • Planned and preventative maintenance
  • Responding to break downs and issues
  • Fault finding
  • Monitoring and maintaining work in progress reports
  • Maintaining engines
