Project Manager
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a distinguished engineering company based in Sheffield. Our client have designed and constructed some of the worlds largest container products, taking total responsibility for design, engineering, project management, site health and safety, installation and commissioning.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager from the engineering sector that is looking to work for a growing company.
Duties to include:
delivering large-scale engineering capital projects autonomously within a process manufacturing environment utilising your time, quality, safety and budget management skills.
Developing, managing and directing all activities relating to design, construction and external contractors, acting as the interface with the customer
Monitoring and supervising the engineering phase of the project through to procurement and ultimately through to construction and commissioning with quality, cost and project deadlines
Requirements
To apply you will need to:
demonstrate strong leadership and reporting qualities and be able to work as part of a team of other highly motivated engineers in a challenging and innovative environment
A sound knowledge of the engineering environments would be an advantage, ideally coupled with experience in refractory selection, steelwork, combustion and control systems.

The position will be office-based in Sheffield with opportunities to travel to customers sites both in the UK and overseas.
