Sales Coordinator
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Rotherham.
This is a fantastic opportunity, for an energetic individual who enjoys building relationships with customers.
Duties:
· Contribute proactively to achieving the sales budget for the UK Sales and Service teams.
· Collaborate across the organisation to document best sales practices and develop the sales tools required to successfully penetrate our agreed target markets
· Provide regular, accurate revenue forecasts using Salesforce.
· Represent the Group as the technology leader and vendor of choice through regular product presentations, and sales calls as required by the company.
· Generating strong business relationships with customers. Speaking with existing and new customers.
· Constructively work as part of a sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources to help build a first class sales force.
· Receiving orders by post, fax & email. Chasing orders and managing opportunities.
· Deal with all incoming product enquiries, handling them personally, or passing them to the relevant person for completion.
· Generate accurate, well-presented quotations for the Company’s range of products and maintaining records.
· Work closely with the sales team, service team and sales administrators to develop a seamless link between the clients and the company.
· Involvement in any mailshot and other marketing activities and subsequent opportunity qualification by telephone.
· To keep the sales team and colleagues informed of customer issues, particularly where sensitivity is required e.g. deadlines, complaints.
· To gain and use a working knowledge of the company, its products and markets to the advantage of its customers and the business.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge on the Group’s products and competitive advantage.
· Submit accurate reports regarding expenses, activities, results, market position, weekly and or monthly forecasts.
· Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
· Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

· Previous Sales / Customer Service Experience
· Good MS Office skills
