Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a payroll administrator to process weekly and monthly payroll. Working as part of a team you’ll be responsible for end to end payroll for high volume processing.

This is an excellent opportunity for those that enjoy the satisfying process of payroll administration and want to work as part of a successful team.


  • Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a mix of part time and full time employees
  • Gathering required information such as hours worked and rates of pay
  • Dealing with payroll queries relating to PAYE, NIC and holiday pay
  • Dealing with HMRC queries
  • Maintaining relevant payroll files
  • Preparing BACS payments
  • Final payroll runs
  • Managing autoenrollment and pension correspondence
To apply for this role you need:

  • Previous experience of end to end payroll
  • Knowledge of payroll/HMRC requirements
  • To be strong communicator and team player


£20- £24k depending on experience
