Administration and Customer Service Assistant

Inspire Resourcing are thrilled to be recruiting for an Administration and Customer service Assistant to work for growing, family run business based in Chesterfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with some administration and customer service experience who wants to work in a varied Administration and Customer service Assistant role.

Duties to include:

  • To plan and carry out general administration and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Compton
  • Spares/Planet Garages products to the current and potential client base, in accordance with agreed business plans.
  • Act as onsite Administration and Customer Service assistant ensuring an effective service to clients at all times
  • Act as first line contact for telephone, email, internet interactions with clients. Deal with customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner at all times; escalate any serious issues to your line manager
  • Take orders for new garages and revamps, communicate effectively to team and report on database.
  • Liaise with and support builders and fitters for revamp work, maintain schedules and communicate schedules.
  • Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
  • Work within team effectively.
  • Develop ideas and create better ways of working.
  • Respond to and deal with enquiries by post, telephone, email, and offer quotations.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
  • Provide appropriate input and team work on admin and sales activities.
  • To apply for the role of Administration and Customer service Assistant you will ideally:

    • Have previous administrative experience.
    • Have previous customer service experience
    • £18 – £20k per annum, depending on experience.
