Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for a well known Company in Sheffield. You will be working within a face to face customer focused environment, providing customer care and advise.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with administration experience who work to work for an employee centric organisation where you are truly valued.

Duties include:

  • Taking payments in person and over the phone
  • Daily banking
  • Liaising with sales staff about pricing and informing them of any changes
  • Covering reception switchboard to cover for the main receptionist
  • Processing customer orders
  • Checking sales order for final procedure of agreements
  • Ordering stationary
  • Stocktaking
  • Filing
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties
  • You will have the following experience:

    • Administration experience
    • Previous face to face customer service experience
    • A professional approach towards colleagues and customers
    • Hours of work: 5 days a week including one day over the weekend on a rota basis
    • £18,500
