Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Bookkeeper to work for our established client in Chesterfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper that wants to work in an autonomous, varied accounts role. Working closely with an external accountant the bookkeeper will have control over most accounting functions for the business.

Duties to include:

  • Raising invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Sending monthly Statements & Bacs Remittance’s
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Production of Sales Invoices
  • Supplier payments
  • Banking
  • Preparation of monthly management report
  • Petty Cash
  • Maintenance of Approved Suppliers database

To apply for the role of bookkeeper you must have had similar experience in a similar role and have used Sage.
