Business Development Team Manager
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Business Development Team Manager for our well established client, who are currently going through a period of growth. This is a great opportunity for a graduate with previous managerial/supervisory experience in a sales environment. Main Duties:- Provide line management by carrying out sales research, assisting in establishing new relationships and monitoring against KPI’s
- Establish departmental procedures, keeping continuous improvement in mind
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Develop in house training manuals
- Remain hands on with customers
- Analysing Data
- Monitor industry trends
- Produce reports on process’, trends and performance
- Be educated to degree level
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Be ambitious with a hunger to succeed
