They are currently seeking a skilled Temporary Credit Controller to join their finance team and to support the credit management processes.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conducting credit checks on new customers and assessing creditworthiness
Setting credit limits and terms for customers in accordance with company policies
Monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and taking appropriate actions.
Contacting customers via phone and email, to follow up on outstanding invoices.
Negotiating payment plans with customers to ensure timely debt recovery.
Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
Providing regular reports on credit control activities to management
To apply for the role of Credit Controller you will ideally need:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
Solid understanding of credit control principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
