Inspire Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service advisor for a friendly company based in sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous Customer Service experience looking to join a friendly team.

The Role:

You will be providing support to customers, via telephone enquires and email. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be maintaining a high level of Customer Service.

  • Advise colleagues, dealers, repairers & policy holders to develop and maintain relationships
  • Supply and administer professional and accurate information to customers and colleagues
  • Undertake any necessary training and professional development
  • To provide a prompt response to all communication received from customers – making sure to providing accurate information
  • Data entry, filing and general administrator duties associated with your duties

To apply you will ideally:

  • Basic I.T & Word Processing
  • Experience working in Customer Services / Admin department
  • Qualifications – GCSE in Maths & English and/or NVQ Level 2 Customer Service
  • Good Communication
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (no weekends). Holidays up to 25 days.

Full training is provided.
