Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a fantastic position for a financial services administrator based in the Nottingham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience within financial services, to join a supportive, friendly team. Duties include:- Proactively providing research, client valuations, and processing new business
- Providing advanced business support for two Financial Planners
- Maintaining compliance to company policies and FCA regulations
- Reporting to the management team as required
- Compiling basic suitability
- Preparing agendas and paperwork for client review meetings
- Acting as liaison for clients and providers
- Maintaining and updating accurate client information
- Have previous administration within financial services/financial advisory businesses
- Be organised and able to work on your own initiative
- Be numerate to a good standard, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and empathise
- Be able to prioritise and manage your own workload
- Be able to interpret data and produce recommendations
- Have experience of report writing
- IT Literate
