HR Administrator

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for this highly reputable market leading UK manufacturer who are located in Renishaw.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody wishing to gain more experience within a HR administrator role or for somebody who has previous HR administration experience

Duties to include:

  • Providing HR administrative support to workers within the company
  • Creating and issuing employee contracts to potential employees and contract changes to existing employees
  • Updating and managing the HR database to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Planning and organising comprehensive induction programmes
  • Acting as a point of contact for all HR administrative queries
  • Liaising with the Payroll team
  • Providing monthly HR reports, as required
  • Managing the leavers process and associated administrative tasks
  • To apply for the role of HR Administrator, you will ideally:

  • Have previous HR admin experience or qualifications
  • Have strong organisation skills
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Be able to work well individually and within a team
  • Be computer literate and have great knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Salary: £13,800.00 per year

    8 hour shift, flexible days

    Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
