Senior Quantity Surveyor
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced quantity surveyor with experience in commercial and industrial projects. Duties to include:- Overseeing commercial and industrial projects
- Preparing and issuing contractual correspondence such as delay notices
- Maintaining records of progress
- Developing CVR procedures
- Producing and submitting variations in accordance with the contract
- Submitting payment applications in accordance with the contract
- Developing junior members of staff To apply for this role you need:
- A degree in quantity surveying
- Experience of working on commercial and industrial projects
- A strong commercial acumen
- A full driving license
- A willingness to stay away from home occasionally Permanent Sheffield £35k – £45k per annum depending on experience
