Reliability Engineer Derbyshire Competitive Salary (depending on experience) You will be working for a successful, established and internationally recognised company, specialising in material processing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Reliability Engineer in an industrial/plant setting The Role You will identify the proactive maintenance requirements for assets to increase plant productivity, maximise performance and to capture all opportunities to improve processes while reducing total cost.
  • Determine the function, functional failures, failure modes, effects, and consequences to define the right maintenance requirements to eliminate functional failures and their effects
  • Establish a systematic PM review process
  • Support with reliability knowledge the execution of an asset criticality analysis
  • Propose replacement projects based on asset health and conditions.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve existing reliability equipment
  • Collaborate in the creation of new SOPs
  • Schedule and execute all vibration data collection and data analysis
  • Select lubricants and create lubrication routines
  • Control, executing and assigning, all Investigations, diagnoses and RCAs in the Engineering Department
  • Collaborate in the creation and control of Maintenance KPIs
You The ideal candidate will have relevant experience as a Reliability Engineer and experience with technical documentation, drawings, specifications and quotes.
  • Achieved a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Be able to provide technical solutions and proposals
  • Experienced in working with external contractors and technical services
  • A sound knowledge of change management and a variety of engineering disciplines
  • Flexible work ethic and able to work under pressure
