Sales Administrator

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Internal Sales Administrator for our well established client based in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established client who are growing and looking for a motivated and driven Internal Sales Assistant to join the team.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the Sales Manager to deliver the wider sales strategy
  • Liaising with key functions within the business to manage customer expectations
  • Producing sales data and reports from internal systems
  • Developing commercial understanding and awareness of customer needs
  • Working closely with the Supply Chain team to deliver a professional service to our customers
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and internal colleagues
  • Developing a working relationship with Customers
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries, issues and complaints
  • Processing orders and updating key records
  • Driving continual improvement and value-added activities
  • Supporting wider business functions when needed
  • Requirements:

    • Experience in additional business systems such as SAP & JDE is desirable but not critical
    • Previous experience in a customer facing sales role
    • Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a variety of roles in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Purchasing, Production and Engineering.
