Sales Office Administrator Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a sales office administrator to work in this busy sales office. Duties to include:
  • Taking incoming calls from customers wishing to place an order or ask for product advice
  • Communicating clearly with colleagues in processing the queries if necessary
  • Undertaking varied administrative duties such as order entry, order processing, export paperwork
  • Develop and maximise potential sales leads and opportunities received by phone  and e-mail
  • Liaise with and develop accounts given to you  as their internal account manager.
Requirements –             IT skills essential –             Good telephone manner –             Provide a high level of customer service support –             Proficient with a high attention to detail Temp to perm £19k
