Technical and Renewable Service Advisor

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors for our well established client in Derbyshire. Working as part of a small team within the Service Technical Department, this key position will involve providing technical advice to external Gas Safe Registered Engineers and End Users.


  • You will also be providing service and technical support for the Renewable and Commercial department.
  • You will also be required to engage with our customers so we can better understand how we can support them through the purchase / installation processes.
  • Give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy demonstrating a good technical aptitude.
  • You will need to understand customer requirements.

    • Able to give technical spares advice with clarity and confidence and have the ability & drive to self-learn.
    • Demonstrate the drive to deliver world class service to our customers at every opportunity.

    • Knowledge of our products (desirable not essential as full product training will be given)
    • A good problem-solving aptitude.
    • Computer literate, ability to use all Microsoft applications, and show a good understanding of Salesforce.
    • Diagnose possible faults with accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Working hours are 42.75 per week and the office is open 8-6 Monday – Friday and 9-12 Saturdays with a 4 week rota (1 in 4 Saturdays).
